Classes
(All classes are held from 8 pm to 10 pm at the Society premise)
The Society has very experienced and dedicated teachers who conduct Qigong
classes in English and Chinese on a regular basis. Modules I, II and III are
held once a week. Those attending health improvement class is once a week.

Membership Subscription Fees
A membership fee of $15 is applicable for first time participants and thereafter
renewable every year at $15 annually. You may opt for a life membership at $150.
Module I
This is the introductory course in Zhineng Qigong. The Module I class comprises
Peng Qi Guan Ding (Lift Qi Up and Pour Qi Down), San Xing Ping Zhan Zhuang
(Three Centres Merge Standing Meditation) Methods. Peng Qi Guan Ding is an
external qi practice that brings universal qi into the body and improves the
quantum and quality of the bodily qi. San Xing Ping Zhan Zhuang helps to
regulate qi, bringing it deeper into the body. It also serves an important
function of relaxing the body.
Module II
Module II class comprises Xing Shen Zhuang (Body and Mind) Method. Xing Shen
Zhuang is an internal qi practice and has ten steps, each of which induces qi
into different parts of the body. By practising Xing Shen Zhuang, the major
joints and organs in our body will be filled with abundant qi.
Module III
This is an advanced course in Zhineng Qigong. Participants are expected to have
practised Zhineng Qigong for some years before taking up this practice. The
Module III class comprises Wu Yuan Zhuang (Five Element Unified Method) and Zhan
Zhen Gui Yuan Fa (an abridged version of Wu Yuan Zhuang). Wu Yuan Zhuang has
thirteen steps and the middle five steps are focused on improving qi flow into
the heart, kidneys, lung, liver and spleen.
Health Improvement Class
As the name suggests, these classes focus on improving health. Main aspects
include Lift Qi Up and Pour Qi Down, three centres merge standing meditation and
various other forms of practices and advice to improve one's health.
