Module I

This is the introductory course in Zhineng Qigong. The Module I class comprises Peng Qi Guan Ding (Lift Qi Up and Pour Qi Down), San Xing Ping Zhan Zhuang (Three Centres Merge Standing Meditation) Methods. Peng Qi Guan Ding is an external qi practice that brings universal qi into the body and improves the quantum and quality of the bodily qi. San Xing Ping Zhan Zhuang helps to regulate qi, bringing it deeper into the body. It also serves an important function of relaxing the body.

Module II

Module II class comprises Xing Shen Zhuang (Body and Mind) Method. Xing Shen Zhuang is an internal qi practice and has ten steps, each of which induces qi into different parts of the body. By practising Xing Shen Zhuang, the major joints and organs in our body will be filled with abundant qi.

Module III

This is an advanced course in Zhineng Qigong. Participants are expected to have practised Zhineng Qigong for some years before taking up this practice. The Module III class comprises Wu Yuan Zhuang (Five Element Unified Method) and Zhan Zhen Gui Yuan Fa (an abridged version of Wu Yuan Zhuang). Wu Yuan Zhuang has thirteen steps and the middle five steps are focused on improving qi flow into the heart, kidneys, lung, liver and spleen.

Health Improvement Class

As the name suggests, these classes focus on improving health. Main aspects include Lift Qi Up and Pour Qi Down, three centres merge standing meditation and various other forms of practices and advice to improve one's health.
